Smartest Thieves

                                       


This dude tries to steal a 100 year old TV. Unfortunately for him, the TV crashes down on top of him. He and the TV both land on top of a set of table. At least he didn't attempt to take the TV with him, I'll give him prompts for that.

Now there are thieves who just aren't has smart as the guy above. These two ladies steal a lottery ticket from another lady trying to redeem her ticket. I would believe that these lottery ticket are traceable. Right? The two ladies were soon arrested after bragging, in a taxi, about their stolen ticket.
